What I am doing for my personal projects. I am going to make a logo for our school, I am going to help organize a coffee house for my school. I am going to make a movie about my school. I am going to have it done by the end of the year.

I am going to exercise more, practice soccer more and eat healthier.

There are three things that I really liked when I read Amos Fortune Free Man. The middle passage was very harsh. They were put into pits. In the pits they had no food. When they got food they had to fight over it. The canoe ride was also very harsh they had to ware hand cuffs. They also were wiped if they talked. The worst part was the ship ride. The weak died and the strong lived. Also if one caught a disease it would spread to all of them. The blacks were stacked on top of each other with boards in between. It was a very harsh trip.

There was a poor woman named Lois Berdue. She didn’t take care of her children very well and the town had to give her money. The town sold her two oldest children in a vendue. A vendue is like an auction but backwards. The lowest bid was taken. Amos bought her oldest daughter Penny. I think he was a good man to do that. They also sold her son Moses. Amos bought Penny as an indentured servant. He bought her for a year but she died within 8 months.

Amos gave freedom to many people. Almost all of them died. First he set free a woman named Lidia she was a slave and after he bought her they married.  Next he bought a woman named Lilly and the same thing happened to her. Then he bought a woman named Violet and she survived. He was a nice man for doing all that. I believe that that is a good quality in a man.

Senator Barack Obama was elected President of the United States of America, November 4th 2008. I think Barack will make a good change in our economy and taxes. His tax plan is to have people making less than 200,000 dollars a year have a tax cut and the others a small raise. Which will save money for the poor. I think it was a good choice to elect Obama.

I think that Roanoke left because there was no found evidence of there whereabouts.

My favorite Basket Ball team is KU. My favorite Basket Ball player on KU is probably Mario Chalmers. What is your favorite team???

I thought that this video is interesting.

    On Monday the house voted 228-205 against the Wall Street Bailout Plan. The Bailout Plan takes tax payers money and gives it to the big businesses. There is no scheduled re-vote for today. At this time I think that people should take there time to think about it and not rush it a month before the election. I think that the candidates are under a lot of pressure with the Bailout plan.
